FAQ

I’ve got a vision for my backyard—can you help bring it to life?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a custom deck, patio, or outdoor living space, we work closely with you to design and build something that fits your style and needs.

I’m not a construction expert—how much do I need to know before starting a project?

None at all! We guide you through every step, from planning and permits to final touches. You bring the ideas, and we’ll handle the details.

Do you only work on big projects, or can I call you for smaller jobs too?

We do it all—from full home remodels and new builds to flooring, concrete work, and even smaller updates. No job is too big or too small.

How soon could you start if I wanted to move forward?

Our schedule varies, but we always aim to be flexible and transparent. Reach out for a free estimate, and we’ll give you a realistic timeline based on your project.

What makes working with M.K. Contracting different from other contractors?

We’re known for being hands-on, honest, and detail-oriented. Our clients appreciate the personal attention, clear communication, and quality results we deliver every time.
